PROCESSING TIME

All orders begin processing within 24–72 hours after purchase and payment confirmation. Processing may take 7–10 business days depending on order volume.

Processing times are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Cancellations will not be approved due to customer error, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Selecting the incorrect length, texture, or color
  • Choosing the wrong shipping method
  • Failing to review product details or our Terms & Conditions prior to checkout

By placing an order with Cee Zanell Extensions, you acknowledge that it is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.



SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via our selected carrier. Shipping transit time may take 7–10 business days depending on the destination.

For security purposes, signature confirmation is required upon delivery.



CARRIER DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order has been shipped, Cee Zanell Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including missed delivery estimates. Delivery timeframes provided by UPS or FedEx are estimates only and are outside of our control.



CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Cee Zanell Extensions directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized disputes may result in permanent account restrictions.
