Shipping Policy

At CEE ZANELL BEAUTY, we are committed to transparent and accurate fulfillment timelines. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing 

All orders begin processing within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Cancellations will not be approved due to customer error, including but not limited to: ordering the wrong item, selecting the incorrect length, texture, color, shipping method, or failing to review product details and our Terms & Conditions prior to checkout.

By placing an order with CEE ZANELL BEAUTY, you acknowledge and agree that it is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Processing Time

All processing times are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order prior to pickup or shipment.

Carrier Delays & Responsibility 

Once an order has shipped, CEE ZANELL EXTENSIONS is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Delivery timelines provided by UPS or FedEx are estimates only.

Customer Acknowledgement 

By placing an order with CEE ZANELL EXTENSIONS, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Processing time and shipping time are separate
  • Processing times apply to shipped orders
  • Shipping transit times are outside of our control
  • Signature confirmation is required for delivery

Chargeback and Dispute Waiver

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider. Any concerns must be submitted directly to CEE ZANELL EXTENSIONS for resolution. Unauthorized disputes may result in permanent account restriction.
