HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?

The lifespan of our hair products depends on how well they are maintained. With proper care, our hair products can last from several months to over 2-3 years.

CAN THE HAIR BE DYED/BLEACHED?

HOW DO I STORE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS/WIGS WHEN NOT IN USE?

Store your wigs and extensions in a cool, dry place -- preferably cleaned and detangled. It’s best to keep them on a wig stand or in a satin bag to maintain their shape and prevent shedding and tangling.

CAN HEAT BE APPLIED TO THE HAIR?

CAN I SWIM WITH MY CZ EXTENSIONS/WIG?

While it is possible to swim with hair extensions or a wig, we recommend minimizing exposure to chlorine and saltwater as they can dry out and damage the hair. Always rinse, condition and air dry your hair extensions thoroughly after water contact.

HOW LONG IS PROCESS, SHIPPING, AND HANDLING?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be updated once an order has been placed.
Our site verifies billing, shipping, and payment information at checkout. For security reasons and to comply with shopify policies, we cannot edit addresses after an order is submitted.

Please make sure your address, apartment/unit number, and ZIP code are entered correctly at checkout.

Cee Zanell Extensions is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is shipped to the wrong address or returned due to inaccurate details, we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

CAN I COMBINE DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS?

Typically, only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion for more details.

DO WE OFFER REFUNDS?

Cee Zanell Extensions does not offer refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Even if the hair has not been installed or touched, we will not accept it. Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Orders move quickly through our system, cancellations after that timeframe are not guaranteed unless confirmed directly by our team.

ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
